If The Adjuster's File is not useful to you, request a refund within 30 calendar days of purchase. You may keep the downloaded files. No explanation or file deletion is required.

How to request one

Send the email address used at checkout and your order reference, if available, to hello@theadjustersfile.shop. We will confirm receipt and return eligible refunds to the original payment method.

Delivery reminder

This is a digital book you download. Nothing arrives in the mail.
