The Adjuster's File is a digital educational product sold by The Adjuster's File. When checkout is connected, access is delivered as a download. No physical item is shipped.

Personal use

Your purchase is for your own household use. Do not copy, resell, share, post, or distribute the files.

What the book is not

The book is educational material based on claims-work experience. It does not determine coverage, value, liability, or a claim result. It does not represent an insurer, contractor, public office, or legal service, and it does not create a professional relationship.

Refunds

Refund requests made within 30 calendar days of purchase are handled under the Refund Policy.
